There are no refunds for any reason. This Attraction reserves the right to refuse anyone. You will experience intense audio, Lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, dam or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT enter a haunted house if you suffer from any type of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitation. You should not enter this haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medications or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff. Do not smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally there is no touching of actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. If any of the rules are not followed you will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission may be barred with no refund for violating these terms. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release operator, it’s parent corporation, affiliates, offices, directors and employees and landlord from any liability harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly of indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attraction at this location. Enter at your own risk, There are no refunds.

Additionally, you are advised that there are rocky, uneven, not level floors throughout the haunt. You will get wet. No professional or semi-professional reviews, reviewers or published articles will be allowed without specific written permission. The use of any cell phone for any purpose will not be permitted, IE as a flashlight or camera or anything else. Every person, child or otherwise must walk the entire trail on their own. No carrying of kids will be allowed, if a person is unable to walk on their own they and there group may be removed from the haunt. Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, firearms and knives will not be allowed in the haunt. Pregnant women are advised not to enter. All persons wearing Halloween costumes, makeup, or masks or anything else will be asked to take off said costume or will be barred entrance. By purchasing a ticket you release your rights to any images and video that may be used by the Lewisburg haunted cave.

All children must have a consenting adult with them at all times. Anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or otherwise responsible adult will be barred entrance.
